Rejecting an order after inspection: If the customer refuses to accept the order after inspection because it doesn't match specifications or for any other reason, only shipping fees will be charged.
Returning a product after receipt: Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Product condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging.
Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.
Refund: The product value will be refunded after verifying its condition, minus shipping costs.

Exchange Conditions
Exchange period: Products can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Product condition: The product to be exchanged must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging.
Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us, as well as the shipping cost of the new product.
Price difference: If there's a price difference between the product being exchanged and the new product, the difference will be paid or refunded accordingly.
