RETURN CONDITIONS
Right to inspect: The customer has the right to inspect the order before receiving it
Rejecting an order after inspection: If the customer refuses to accept the order after inspection because it doesn't match specifications or for any other reason, only shipping fees will be charged
Returning a product after receipt: Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt
Product condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging
Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.
Refund: The product value will be refunded after 5 days to verify its condition, minus shipping costs.

Exchange Conditions
Exchange period: Products can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Product condition: The product to be exchanged must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging.
Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us, as well as the shipping cost of the new product.
Price difference: If there's a price difference between the product being exchanged and the new product, the difference will be paid or refunded accordingly.

Contact customer service via phone number or social media pages and request a product return.
Clearly state the reason for the return.
You will be guided on how to ship the product back to us.
After receiving the product and verifying its condition, the product value will be refunded minus shipping costs after 5 days(if paid in advance).

The shipping company will contact you to schedule the delivery appointment
If you are not present at the specified address, a notice will be left to reschedule the delivery
The customer has the right to refuse to receive the order if it does not match the required specifications after inspection
The customer bears the shipping cost in case of returning the order for reasons other than product defects (in which case Alia Hijab bears the full shipping costs)
